This residential complex stands in the spectacular overlook of the solar clock square in the city of Morella, Valencia; and it does so in a way that could not be less splendid.

This residential complex stands in the spectacular overlook of the Solar Clock square in the city of Morella, Valencia; and it does so in a way that could not be more splendid.

Here we took care of a total of 4 apartments, among which there is a duplex, two family homes and an apartment for handicapped people. Each apartment was completely equipped and even had its own Jacuzzi.

So, this project's complexity was all about fitting the furniture and appliances in an enclosed space that didn't leave much room for any adjustments, while having to meet all the designers’ requirements.

In order to get a proper finish and be on top of everything, we had to schedule many visits to the apartments and have long talks with the different teams.

The final result is proof of one single vision or, rather, several visions with one single purpose: to create an harmonic space, cosy and of Premium standard. An example of this high level finish is the cooktop, which has the same colour than the washbasin and joins it from underneath, which makes the junction invisible and makes it look clean and refined.

WHERE ETHICAL THINKING AND LUXURY COEXIST

The common element in all the apartments is the Oakwood, which we painted in a walnut tree tone to give continuity to the 4 interiors.

Technical information:

  • The 19 mm thick furniture structure is of damp-proof fibre-board.
  • Both, the drawers and hinge are of the last Blum model. The drawers are finished in anthracite.
  • The 12 mm thick cooktop is made with Inalco, a ceramic material.
